Last night I had a weird dream. I drempt that I lived in an airport control tower, in the middle of a flat desert wilderness. If that isn't strange all by it self, then what happened next was certanly odd. As I looked out of the BIG windows could see what appeared to be a massive swarm, coming directly in front of my airport controll tower home. They were in the distance, about 10 miles away, flying from the far right of the landscape, to the far left of the landscape. As they got closer, I could see what they were.

There were all types of aircraft. I could see military transports, military helicopters, bombers, commercial aircraft, home-built aircraft, experimental aircraft, and even a few NASA shuttles to boot! The aircraft began to land on the flat surface of the desert, and in a few minutes, the ground became a vast landing field for aircraft to land and park. Once this was over, a general walked up the steps to my airport controll tower home, and told me that I was to baby-sit the aircraft. He also told me that if I got bored, that I should go through a secret passage into a game area.

The game area was based on popular American game shows. I walked over to the 'Tic-Tac-Toe' game area, and found not 9 squares, but a grand total of 90. I was told that the pilots wanted to be in the squares, and the game would begin soon. It was about at that time that I woke up.

Very strange...

Tuesday's Blog

I let the cat out, so she could go barf outside somewhere in the back yard. As I opened the screen door, her tiny little furry nose was pressed right up against the door. Once fully open, she bounded outside through grass, and toward her rolling place. She likes to roll around in the dust and dirt for several long minutes, and then she returns to the grass. It was an overcast day, and then the sun just popped through a cloud, so Wretchin' Gretchen found a shaded area, and vomitted. Oh joy.

Today is my TV day, which means that Star Trek should be on. I have found that over the last several weeks, that most of the shows have been showing re-runs. This really bugs me, but it's better than not having a chance to see them. Oh, by the way, I did hear rumors that Star Trek : Enterprise was going to be cancelled if more viewers didn't make themselves known to the sponsors. Some times I really do hate network executives...

In the mail today, I received a notice from the trash-can people. They are replacing all of our dark green plastic rubbish containers, for dark gray containers. According to the notice, another company has the same color, so they don't want to confuse each other when trash pick-up day arrives. The bright side is that there is no charge for the switch.

Today is Sunday, the day of rest. That's some what ironic, since I lost an hour with the time change over night. Sleep apnea takes away my sleep, but now I have to give up this hour of sleep, on a weekend, just because it's the popular thing to do. If you thought I was grumpy before, well today is worse. Oh, and the cat emptied her stomach on the carpet. This is almost as bad as a monday...
